Stuff you need for this project:
A Clean Gallon Milk Jug
A pair of scissors
A 2 foot piece of nylon packing cord or heavy string.
You may need to have your parents help you with this first part:
1) Soak the milk jug in a sinkfull of warm water to remove the labels.
2) Cut out the front of the milk jug in a half circle shape to act as the opening for the birds to come in to the birdfeeder.
3) Take the plastic top and punch a hole in it. Push the string through the top of the hole and tie it in a knot so that the cord cannot be pulled out of the top.
4) Screw the top back on the milk jug and use the cord to hang it in a tree.
5) Put birdseed or breadcrumbs in the bottom of it and get ready for the birds!
